St Denis Rewards Card NEW in 2010. What does this provide? St Denis Rewards card provides the holder a 10% credit off
of any purchase of golf or golf cart usage.
This applies to individual golf and cart fees on weekdays, weekends,
leagues, and holidays. It does not
apply to outings. It does not apply to
golf merchandise, proshop purchases, snackbar purchases or the driving
range. Great value for league members,
regular players – essentially every 11th play is FREE with this
program. What does it cost? The cost of a rewards card is a one-time fee of $5
only. Remember that playing a single
weekend round at $42 will give a credit of $4.20. This card will quickly pay for itself if
you play St Denis more than once each year. Why charge anything? We are attempting to target a reward to our most loyal
customers. For those that will be
playing more than a round or two each year at St Denis, this card will
quickly pay for itself many times over. Why did we do this? We are proud to be one of the best values in golf in
northeast Ohio. We have reinvested
yearly in our product to maintain this standard. We have had many loyal customers help to
make this possible. This is one more
way for us to say “Thank You” and to provide an even better value to our most
loyal customers. What information will I have to provide? Only your name, address, and email address. Of course, we have no interest in releasing
this information to any 3rd party.
Email addresses may be used for special offers, and important course information
updates (yearly opening, closing, etc).
You can opt out of receiving these emails if you so desire. How can I redeem my credit? You must have accumulated over $20 in credit on your card
to redeem your credit. Whenever that
is the case, simply present the card at the time of transaction to apply to
your golf or golf cart payment and this amount will be deducted from the
total. Credits can only be used
to pay for golf or golf cart usage. What about the weekend morning program from
last year? This is essentially an expansion of that program. If you use your credits, you can still get
a “free round if you play 10 times” with this program. What if I lose my card? There will be a $5 charge per replacement card due to the
cost of the program. What about 2011? The program will be re-evaluated at the end of the
year. We hope to continue the program,
but cannot guarantee this at this time.
If the program were discontinued, any remaining balances would be
lost. If the program is continued, remaining
balances will be carried over to 2011.
We encourage you to redeem your credits this year to ensure that you
get every dollar you earn before the end of the year. |
